A North Carolina 4-hour elective course
Fly on the Wall of New Construction course is designed to equip real estate licensees to understand the legal framework governing agency relationships and contract law. Licensees’ knowledge about new construction is critical for ensuring smooth transactions and avoiding legal pitfalls while promoting effective communication with their clients, contractors, and other agents.
This comprehensive course integrates agency relationships, contract formation, and building construction principles to provide a well-rounded education for navigating the complexities of new construction transactions.
NC CE- Fly on the Wall New Construction
Refund/cancellation requests will be accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled class and only 80% of the course fee will be refunded. If you do not cancel, you will be charged full tuition. These requests must be made in writing and either postmarked or presented in person 48 hours in advance to COMPS Academy. Refunds will not be processed for persons who have attended any portion of the course. Refunds will be processed without a request for any classes canceled by the Academy. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the request. If changes are requested within 24 hours prior to class, fees may be transferred to another class.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: 90% attendance is required for the entire course in order to receive credit for coursework. Attendance will be taken at the beginning of each session of the course. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE ALLOWED.
